Danshui River, Taiwan Strait: The Taipei Metro goes to Damshui/Tamsui, which is a resort on the Danshui River at the point where it enters the Taiwan Strait. It's a popular resort with the people of Taipei.
Ring under construction - Line 6 - 52.4 km - 38 stations - to be opened 2018 - will finally become a driverless, pan-shaped loop.
